Well yes he is focused on keeping the dilution to a min, however it would have been much less if he had raised $4 mil on the Aspire agreement of last year.
The financing just raised was not on great terms and will cause more dilution than raising the $4mil back in June however you want to slice it.
No doubt he went with whatever he thought was best at the time
