Hey Toyota - for edification the S-1a that was filed was a shelf registration which means they have access to 320mm shares and available "If Needed" - none of these shares have sold or plan to be sold - Say if RMHB get's a huge follow on and they need cash for a 10mm or bigger deal they could sell some shares if needed to pay the canner for a huge production run if required (believe we have contacts today that will make that run on our word not pay in advance- per Oscar or Christian ) - aka they have that as a bank of last necessity.

If you looked at the glass half full instead of half empty you might comprehend that..I'd fire your friends who told you we selling another 320mm shares currently but your sneaky motives here are known by all
