You're assuming that the MFO has evil intent. What if they are happy at getting a bunch of cheap stock and want to hold on to it for huge gains?
Not everyone is so intent on short-term gains that they are willing to give up long-term gains. I remind everyone that the MFO would have been able to see EVERYTHING that is going on with IPIX before investing, or they wouldn't have entered into the deal.
THEY know a lot more than WE do about the company.
And I reiterate: there is no evidence whatsoever that they are planning to do anything but get stock and hold it.
