If you don't think this is toxic financing you don't understand the deal. They are getting there money out of it now and the selling will continue until thier investment is protected. This is not some nice guy that said "oh look they need a little help". They are in business to make money, they do not care about the company, they only care about protecting thier money and that's what they are doing right now.
