Does anyone know if HJOE is getting ready to (or already in the process of) filing for bankruptcy? I was just talking to my brokerage company (Fidelity), talking about ways to recognize a loss on this stock, based on some strategies my tax CPA told me.
The Fidelity rep said that they had initiated bankruptcy proceedings. I can't find anything with a Google search -- can someone with a PACER account check to see if there is anything?
(my request to the broker was to have the shares physically issued to me so that I could sell them to an unrelated party for a $1, thereby establishing the basis for loss. The fidelity rep started the process for getting the shares issued, and then said that transfer agents won't release physical shares when a Company is in BK proceedings -- that's how this all came about).
