Yes I have bought tokens before this Pre STO offering. I plan to buy more. Just waitiing for pps to go up a bit. IMO the tokens will go up dramaticly. This was my first token buy...so I'm no expert on tokens. To me it just makes sense. Dividends while you wait for token to rise. Nice! After the first dividend pay in spring sometime then every quarter after. Dividends based on BlockSafe is to me a no brainer. Again IMHO
