Excellent news. Upgrade from the Pink Sheets to a better neighborhood means better public exposure with less Dealer Broker games.
MCOA needs to clarify how they will raise the $10,000,000 for expansion purposes though. New deep-pocket investors? Issuance of common stock? Issuance of preferred stock?
Actual earnings are not there yet, but looking good.
