IMHO Uncle Sam has been advised by DOD's JAG office to wait for that "toast" to be served. As you are aware, Gemalto (another SFOR IP infringer being sued) already provided the DOD SIPRNET with MFA/OOBA.
Why would uncle change horses mid-steam? He's currently riding a perfectly good horse, Gemalto, and waiting to see (like us) that overturn. Until then, stand by to stand by. Sorry, but all Federal deals depend on this legal outcome. GLTA longs.
