I bet BTD was submitted when term sheet was signed in August.
It's not a material event so it didn't appear in the 10-k or an 8-k.
9/20 corporate update PR stated it was under review by the FDA. SO it was submitted before 9/20.
We could see BTD approval as early as this month.
Then the deal...Then the IPIX/BP sit down with the FDA.
