We know the "Level 2" is not accurate. But sometimes it's interesting. There were two orders shown at .17 -- one for 5k shares, another for 50k shares. The 5k bid just moved up to .172 -- I guess they knew that the market makers would fill their buddy with the 50k bid first, and the 5k would miss out.

Now, that info was from my broker's streamer. THIS link, supposedly showing Level 2, doesn't show any bids at all at .17 but shows other bids and asks that the broker doesn't show. You can see how utterly untrustworthy this "information" is.
