based on the late stage developments of a truly next-gen technology that the Photonics Industry is desperate need of, the PPS should be much higher already, but based on the low visibility, tightly held, small float, and the fact that LPC financing arrangement currently puts a perpetual selling drag of approx 25k shares per day when LWLG only averages volume currently 62k daily, once Dr Lebby gets protos out to customers/ partners the PPS could rise dramatically, I don't believe he will give out unworthy protos if you know what I mean, he knows what customers want, and LWLG can and will deliver just that, my best guess is $5-$10 range in 2019 barring any buyout
