There is no date for a deal. It could happen by the time I finish typing this post to any day, to never.
I know I'd sure like to see that double digit million $ deal. And before our share structure gets so diluted we have to increase the AS (authorized shares). The only way we stay over .10 is if the "new family" holds every share they get. Unfortunate to be dipping into the preferred.
Get that 1st deal done and kill the preferred shares. Within the 30 day period.
