Boy, the false narrator doesn't give up easily.
There is NO evidence whatsoever that the term sheet is not still in operation.
There was NEVER a time given for when the term sheet would result in a deal, or no deal. All of that BS about how quickly it supposedly would happen was just another false deadline created by those with ill will toward the company.
I hope that actual shareholders will not be fooled by the lies and FUD.
