I was quickly labeled a basher when I questioned the Aspire deal as well. It's the name of the game on this board unfortunately.

Overall this financing is a good thing. It's not the partnership or buyout we were all expecting imminently but its one stepping stone closer in my opinion.

I am going to review the 8k in entirety and give my full opinion later on about the state of affairs.
