There's that bridge financing deal I said we would get prior to a deal. I can't work out the Series B math on the commute with my phone.
Up to $2.2M this month at 85% of 10 day volume weighted average.
So on the napkin:
$2.2M@$0.22 = 10M shares
So potentially 6% of the company to get $2.2M dollars if we use the max this month? Definitely worth it if it allows us to unlock good Prurisol results.
I don't understand the redemption clause either. Need to read when I get a chance.
I think this is good as, at least temporarily, heavy dilution is our greatest fear rather than insolvency. I'm probably going to try to increase my position by 6% to cover this month.
