I went back and looked at the 10K again and you are absolutely correct. The term sheet was specifically for Brilacidin treating OM and "inflammatory bowel diseases". Makes me wonder how that came about....Did the potential acquirer suggest that they wanted B for IBD during their review of B-OM and put a number on the table that Leo could not refuse? Or, did Leo offer both on a volume discount....the latter seems unlikely based upon Leo's comments about IPIX and BPs knowing the value of the pipeline. If the deal moves forward, it is going to be fun to find out who the global pharma is and how much the deal is worth.
