$DATI CEO STATEMENT CONCERNING BELIEVED IMPACT OF ‘STOCK PROMOTION’ FLAG & LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF DATI’S FLOOR PRICE
As it concerns the “Stock Promotion” symbol that has been placed on our OTCMarkets Profile, we have been actively looking into the matter with the OTC Markets Group, Inc. so that whatever triggered this ‘flag’ can be rectified.
I can say, to the best of my knowledge, neither myself nor anyone on the DigitalAMN team has engaged any person, firm or other organization for the explicit purpose of promoting the DigitalAMN stock (“DATI”).
