Anyone looking for confirmation that ANDI's share price is being played with just needs to see ETRF/CDEL/NITE stacking the ask day in and day out as well as the fact that we have 25M+ shares bidding right now and less than 2M on the ask and none of those bidders are willing to slap the ask for an uptick?
Starting to think management is comfortable at these levels so that 1)their friends & family can load up, or 2) they are buying back shares in the open market.
Not sure how they get around filing an 8K if they are completing a buyback though but stranger things have happened in the OTCBB. I realize as a Pink they aren't required to file an 8K but with as many lawyers as are involved you would think they would recognize an 8K filing as the prudent thing to do....especially if they have uplisting ambitions.
