Question to the board on term sheet signing: Was IPIX required to do a filing announcing same or was that Leo's way of keeping shareholders informed?
If IPIX is required to file would BP also be required? If they are couldn't we split up the BP's and search their filings so we would then know who the term sheet was signed with? Thanks for your input. This is my first experience with term sheets and I have a lot to learn in this regard and appreciate your help. Go IPIX!!!
