Not sure where the disconnect is: I’ve said this COULD be a good investment IF they every followed through. So why not check every so often and see if anything resembling REAL SALES has happened? Not promises of partnerships or loosely worded hype, ACTUAL SALES.
In the meantime, one can take a position in the shares, knowing they will soon be diluted, and vulture investors keep shorting, hoping that by the time good news comes they will at least get back to even and capture profits going forward

Wait in cash, risk having to “chase” when REAL SALES happens, so losing some points on the upswing
The former is a quantified, high risk option: there’s nothing to indicate the pattern will reverse anytime soon... in fact, it’s likely to get worse before it gets better.
The latter, the risk is only on upside gains... principal is protected, can deploy capital elsewhere as needed without having to deal with illiquid and manipulated markets.
It’s a personal choice.
