A short update: there's another mining registry website with the updated concession titles as the app.siam website didn't update the concession titles. Most concession titles have been updated and replaced with a newer one on the newer website. The site is http://tarjetarpm.economia.gob.mx/tarjeta.mineria. As example, when you type concession title 224768 you will see this on the concession title above right:
"TITULO VIGENTE SUSTITUIDO POR 244975" which means "current title replaced by 244975". This happened for most titles except 221732.
If you then type 244975 you will see the replaced and current title:
244975-ANOTACION PREVENTIVA DE DEMANDA- CESAR OCTAVIO IÑIGUEZ ABARCA, EDUARDO GONZÁLEZ ARCIGA 30-5-2017
For this title and numerous other titles you see the name Eduardo Gonzalez Arciga and he's pulled a BGL on these concession titles after BGL terminated their claim on the titles which took 10 years. Eduardo Gonzalez Arciga holds a bandera like grip on these concession titles which means nothing can be done with these concession titles and there have been no new changes since they were last updated.
