I agree that as we move forward, announcements/developments will provide the support needed to allow the pps to ratchet upward, but it'll be volatile at first. Still, a level of excitement similar to the anticipation of announcements related to the Chinese venture in early 2017 should be creeping in. This time, the foundation is solid, but it'll be a work in progress until the successive quarterlies are turning heads. It's coming. Just gotta give it time.
