DECN has hired a large Silicon Valley based litigation outcomes firm specifically to best target Platinum and tighten a noose on J&J who obviously wants to rid itself of Lifescan. I would say stay tuned.

The company does not disclose litigation actions taken in the middle of a litigation. I agree with that way to operate.
