Keith Berman, CEO, who has successfully litigated and settled patent matters with Johnson and Johnson and their divisions Lifescan, Inc. and Lifescan Scotland Ltd., and who has a potential nine figure suit filed in U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, is guiding the DECN companies as they endeavor to keep J&J and its divisions from "escaping the hangman's noose."
