that's a good analogy.
When/if (I choose to believe it's when) Bill get's TPAC back on track it will be a slog out of trips for sure.
God only knows the float, but it's got to be higher than the last report.
One good thing though, the noteholders who have been stuck with shares all these months are probably willing to deal. They have had a lot of dead shares for a year or more.
