Nice straw man argument. WHO stated that 'drinking beer' is a crime at that point in life? No one.
The FBI didn't 'validate' anything and they were called off from interviewing a dozen or more people, including both the accused and the accuser.
Kavanaugh's weepy 'I like beer', plus his insolent 'what about you Senator?', was pathetic.
He had to pen his own editorial to claim that his judicial temperament would be better than what he displayed.
