Why would you expect them to give you material information in a podcast? They are required to use SEC filings and press releases for sharing material information. Privately owned companies are another story all together, but if it's a publicly traded company, SEC rules and regulations must be honored. Not only that, they already said they signed an NDA prohibiting the sharing of material information pertaining to the private label deal, so until it's ready for a press release we will have to wait or sell and go.
