"Proof" comes (at the earliest) 10/15. Please refer to RDY2ROCK's post #38979 on Thursday 10/4 for the link to the Asset Purchase Agreement which states "Each payment shall be made within 15 days of each month's end for the prior month's Malware Suite licensing receipts." That's when payment hits our accounts receivables. We both know the Federal procurement cycle and that it got crazy the last week of the last month (September) of the FY. Lots of Federal contractors & vendors, like ACS got paid then. I perfectly understand why Mark will not mention this until after funds are received. Particularly if the Federal Confidentiality Statement is involved! That might cause any funds paid to us by ACS to have no source attribution. Let's see what happens 10/15 at the earliest or 11/15 at the latest when my patience about this runs out O.K.?
