IMO Deal is done by 10/31/2018. 2 weeks before IBD conference.
$200MM+ upfront. BP picks up OM costs thru approval as Leo has stated before.
This BP is serious about Brilacidin and very well should be!
Whom ever the BP is will probably end up purchasing IPIX within 2 years.
BTW Leo has 18,000,000 options that expire 12/29/2020
