You currently have 3 independents with Jimmy being one and Rory as far as I know. From what I researched, NASDAQ does not dictate the minimum number of board members but the independents need to be more.
For a BoD, Jimmy appears to be very active as I can see him at different events in the pictures. That is a very good sign.
I have gone through extensive training on my own and I am fully prepared for liftoff soon
