I am not sure why someone is selling but that is alright because the risk/reward here is too great for the price to be this low IMO. Blocksafe revenue is coming soon if nothing else and that warrants a much higher share price with the revenue stream we will have from that alone. In addition, the STO will finance a lot of things including future sales. Sell if you want, and thank you whoever sold me 70,000 more shares.
