Sorry strongly disagree with u on that. I am driving 3.5+ hours a day back and forth and I see many, many more on their cell phone or they lower the phone to avoid getting ticket. Yesterday saw two (2) accident involving DD. One of them involved my son. I am also included on the top not tuning off the cell phone.
