absolutely...the tech folks at aegis are to be congratulated for the product...that is still being tweaked daily. I see changes to admin reporting and updates to app happening throughout this year. Not an old abandoned product, but a young developing product built on previous defendable solid patents...and based on a previous app model that proved early success back in 2011 and on.

I don't know what the contract specifics are with the sale of Cogosense. I do believe that the sale is legit and that it is a very good thing for On4 and will prove to be a very profitable product line.

Problem I see in this DD marketplace is that the consumer is not hot for the product. Those hot for the product are going to be those that understand and are most impacted by the very real costs of the DD epidemic. I see a product buyout as the most likely scenario to success here...all IMO.
