If it is a blockchain-based phone the tech won't be out-dated even with a 3-6 month delay.
They would obviously lose the first-mover advantage but as long as the tech is fairly widely-accepted by the market there should be enough market share for the few players targeting that niche.
If the tech was to go mainstream and become the new standard for mobile tech we could expect a buyout for billions.....which I believe is exactly what Loudon Owen has envisioned all along....remember the guy has already sold a company for $300MM+ so he thinks BIG
