I think he is waiting for second paper to announce Del settlement. I am saying settlement because another poster contacted him and ceo said meeting with Delaware was good. I am also sensing maybe he is waiting for Oct 17 time when MJ goes live.

I find the clients on my own, since I am somewhat impatient. I know the company is making money and financials confirm. I am also not a flipper could careless if it takes 2 weeks or 1 month. Personally I am kinda glad he is withholding that way it piles up for a massive run. I want to see 2 pennies not double zero five lol.
