In addition to reduced A/S there are no longer any Preferred shares listed, just common. Generally the A/S accommodates any future conversion rate of Preferred to Common in the total Authorized. With the Preferred all canceled it seems the company didn't see any further need for the 5 billion A/S and reduced it to 2.4 billion.
