It's the 1st encouragement I've had in quite some time......but can they perform???
Do we have competent people in place to execute the plan?
We can have the best plan and product ever but if we can't execute it we are dead!
Window is small for tech because if you don't execute your plan quickly the next best thing will eat your lunch!
