Have to think Marks November comment pulled out of you know where (the air lol) , it has to be based on discussions with his lawyers that they feel there's a chance they will get a November court date.

I mean many of Ropes and Grey team worked with those judges there. There could be some side bar type conversations going on here.

If pressed for an exact date on November , while there is a chance and its not concrete, with the date etched in stone, whats Mark going to say? Could happen anytime November to June of next year etc etc. IMO
