I sent an e mail to Mark asking what day in November SFT is on the schedule for orals. Here is his answer,
'This is scheduled by the courts, there is no day and we have no control and could also be months late. You will know when it really is just like we will. It could be delayed as much as the courts want to, but typically is close.'
