Someone needs to produce the UNVC transdermal patch, and Merck's MilliporeSigma subsidiary already has a "blank" transdermal patch fully approved for medical trials that is claimed to be the best on the market. So all a company needs to do is buy the MilliporeSigma patch and put their medical cannabis substance on it. That is, after it first has FDA approval for that cannabis substance.
