You were correct about the NDA lad. If you look back at Dr Daltons words spoken to June bug, you and idig it is as clear as day that he can't legally say anything (his words, not mine) and that he's waiting for the transactions to get approval from regulators. It's a bloody buyout. His hinting at next step to Frazier is so clear. They had a buyout pending DEA rescheduling of Cannabis in my opinion. Canadian companies in medical Cannabis selling for 150-200 million. If Dalton Is onto something big could easily be 300 or more million. Gives us a quarter for each share lads. All in my opinion of course.
