So, the question is if they just start to look at the appeal in November, then put SFOR on the oral schedule at that point? Or will that still be done ahead of time? If they have it on the books to look at the case in November, they might not have even decided that they need oral arguments yet. So, if they look at it for the first time in November, then decide the want oral arguments, this could be going into next year easily. Hopefully that's not the case, but seems like it could be?
