Yes Gimli I think you are on target. The market is clearly waiting on the ruling. If's, what ifs, hohum's and maybes, including Marks affirmations of monies is all speculation . I for one investor am sick of it. The MM,s are still having a field day with the PPS manipulation and until something positive from management comes out it will be the same old same old.
