Despite the DEA’s rescheduling of Epidiolex, other non-FDA-approved CBD preparations remain in Schedule I . That is a sore point for some other CBD drugmakers like GB Sciences.
Assuming we are waiting on the FDA let's hope the floodgates truly are open and they start to haul A$$ to get more meds approved. I wonder if a transdermal patch with CBD is easier to approve since it is not ingestible? Anybody know?
