The Cisco/Duo buyout might eventually be a good thing for SFOR, but before people get too excited, ask yourselves why would any SFOR lawsuit settle before the appeal is resolved? In my opinion, it is commonsense that the lawsuits won't settle unless it is obvious that they will have too. When the appeal is resolved, things will become more clear.
As much as I would prefer settlements earlier, I don't see enough of a convincing reason for them to happen before the resolution of the appeal, irregardless of whether or not there had been any discussions.
