Contrary to the perception by some that closing the acquisition would require settlement first with SFOR, it was just a perception and not factual information! We must remind ourselves that Microsoft first purchased PHONEFACTOR - "then" settled with SFOR! They apparently were not legally required to settle first, nor is/was Cisco legally required to settle first with SFOR!
I don't see any further value in continuing the debate.
