I don't think that it's a problem for Cisco to close the deal on purchasing DUO. They just assume the responsibility for the litigation now. That's my opinion on the question. Anyways, if there is a settlement, the court case would be updated, then that would be followed by a filing with the SEC. Mark is going to follow the proper channels for disclosing this information.
