Exactly Pugilista! Mark is not going to acknowledge in any manner, a settlement until it has occurred and he has received the settlement monies! Cisco closing their deal with Duo, does not mean that a settlement has been reached yet! Anyone implying otherwise is just speculating!

As you mentioned in your other post, if anyone wants to inquire of Mark, by email or twitter, as to whether a settlement has been reached, they can do so. But first they should again read the part above indicating Mark will not respond until he has received any settlement monies! So the anxious crowd awaiting settlement should just set on their hands for now! LOL!
