Exactly Maronti1! Cisco closed the deal with Duo! The other ongoing conversation is regarding whether/when a settlement might/has occurred between Duo & SFOR, which was speculated to also occur prior to closing of Cisco's 1st Qtr, and when an 8k might be issued confirming such! As for any 8k announcement of such settlement - we are of course still waiting! It may/may not still be subject to the Appeals Court decision, before any such settlement can be finalized and announced! IMHO!
