Now that J&J has completed its divestiture of LifeScan to Platinum Equity I believe it pushes things forward with regards to the DECN lawsuit. We already know that J&J will discuss this transaction on its quarterly earnings call on the 16th per the PR, and I would expect DECN to have something to say too.

My reaction was to buy more shares this morning.
